I have practiced law in California for nearly 30 years. I represent clients with

claims and lawsuits involving trees. My trademark work includes prosecuting

trademark applications and litigating matters before the Trademark Trial and

Appeal Board. During my career, I have represented clients in litigation, at trial,

and on appeal in a broad range of matters: construction, product liability,

commercial disputes, and general civil litigation. I also review contracts and

provide contract drafting services for clients in diverse fields.
